Understanding its impact on the landscape, this home for meditation treated the land and neighbors with respect. Also serving as an actual home, this project was designed with the local community in mind. Although it is a modern structure, it employs traditional construction techniques and practices of SW Virginia, as well as locally sourced materials. Local cedar and oak envelop and complete the space. This project was designed while with Poon Design.
